Pure Performance delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from Pure Performance, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival. If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post.
DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE?
Pure Performance standard delivery orders are charged a flat rate of $10. Express delivery orders are charged a fee of $15. However, if your order is over $100 we offer FREE SHIPPING on standard delivery, no matter your location in Australia or how many pairs you decide to purchase.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Pure Performance offers you SAME DAY DISPATCH for ALL orders placed before 11AM, this is purely dependent on stock availability. There are often instances where a product you have ordered is not in stock therefore the same day dispatch cannot be met, however you will be notified and we will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, Pure Performance operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Pure Performance aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia*. Pure Performance delivers products Australia wide using, Fastway, Couriers Please and Australia Post. We will select the company which will give the fastest delivery time to your location.
Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
4-5 business days - SA / TAS
7-10 business days - WA / NT
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch details where you will be allocated a tracking number and be advised of your allocated delivery service.

• You can return your purchase up to 30 days from date of dispatch
• Products must be unworn, in the condition that you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with a return reference number
